Paper/Email Architectural Improvement Request Submission
The following steps will assist you in completing the Request for Exterior Modification form.
- Download the Architectural Improvement Request form found below.
- Gather all necessary information, diagrams and pictures for the request.
- Complete the form in its entirety. Missing or incomplete information could cause a delay in your approval.
The completed form and all attachments can be submitted in one of the following ways:
- Scan the completed form and all documentation into a pdf file. Attach the pdf file to an email and send the request to [email protected].
- Mail the completed form and all documents request to: Baxter Ridge Homeowners Association, c/o G.S. Phillips & Co. Inc, 15009 Manchester Rd, #268, Ballwin, MO 63011.
